We very carefully inspect each cocoa bean to prevent spoilage and those that can spoil the taste of the final bar.

Afterwards, we gently roast the cocoa beans to preserve the delicate nuances of the cocoa flavor profile
Alternative Sugar
We then add an organic alternative sugar such as coconut sugar to lower the glycemic index and make the chocolate healthier for you.
Tempering and Moulding
After that, we temper the chocolate on innovative European equipment until the desired crystalline structure is obtained and form it in professional ecological polycarbonate moulds.

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with the postal service of your choice and the corresponding cost. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees
include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
