How it works:
• You earn loyalty rewards on each product you purchase, based on the product price.
• A minimum cart total of £10 is required to be eligible for loyalty rewards.
• For example, if you buy a product priced at £20 and your loyalty reward is set at 5%, you will earn £1 as a reward.
• Your loyalty rewards can be converted into voucher codes that you can use during checkout to reduce the total cost of your next order.
• Additionally, you can pay directly with your loyalty rewards balance at checkout to cover the cost of the order, as long as the minimum cart total is £10.
How to redeem your rewards:
To redeem your loyalty rewards, simply convert them into a voucher code in your account, or use your rewards balance directly to pay for your order at checkout.

• Exclusive offers: As a member, you’ll receive special offers and promotions available only to loyalty members.
• Rewards expire in 120 days, giving you plenty of time to use them on your future purchases.

Our Referral Program allows you to earn referral rewards by inviting friends to shop with us!
How it works:
• When you refer a friend, and they make their first purchase, you will earn 5% of their total order (excluding shipping) as a referral reward!
• Referral reward: The total money paid to you as a referrer is based on 5% of your friend’s order total cost, excluding shipping.
• Multiple levels: You can earn rewards not only from your direct referrals but also from their orders, with 3 levels in the program:
👉 Level 1: You earn 50% of the initial referral reward (i.e., 50% of the 5% from the friend's order).
👉 Level 2: You earn 20% of the remaining referral reward after Level 1 reward is paid.
👉 Level 3: You earn 10% of the remaining referral reward after Level 2 reward is paid.
Note: Currently, there are only 3 levels. If the structure changes in the future, we will inform you.
Referral Coupon Validity:
The referral coupon that you generate for your friends is valid for 30 days after generation.
Once the 30 days expire, you will need to generate a new referral coupon for the new user to receive a discount and be linked to you as their referrer.
How to participate:
• Share your referral link with your friends. Once they sign up and make their first purchase, you’ll automatically earn your referral reward.
• You can also generate a sponsor discount coupon and send it to your friends. When they apply this coupon, they will be linked to you as their referrer.
• Alternatively, your friends can register using your sponsor ID or sponsor email to ensure they are assigned to you.
How to redeem your referral rewards:
• Your referral rewards can be converted into voucher codes and used for future purchases, reducing the total cost of your next order.
• Additionally, you can withdraw your referral rewards to your PayPal account or any other available payment tools.
• Note: The list of available payment tools for withdrawal may change or be updated at any time, and we will inform you about any changes in advance.

• No limit on the number of people you can refer.
• Multiple levels allow you to earn rewards not only from your direct referrals but also from their referrals' orders.
•Bonus rewards for high-value orders made by your referred friends.
Information:
• Referral reward is calculated based on the total order cost of your referred friends and their subsequent referrals, excluding shipping.
• Referral reward is 5% of the total order value, which is then distributed among the referrer’s levels.
• Referral coupons are valid for 30 days after generation. After the coupon expires, a new one must be generated.
• Referral rewards can also be withdrawn to PayPal or other available payment tools, which will be updated periodically.
• No expiration date for the Referral rewards unless otherwise stated.
Our Affiliate Program allows you to promote our products and earn commission for every sale made through your unique affiliate link.
How it works:
• Promote our products through your affiliate link.
• You’ll earn a commission for each sale made through your link.
• The more customers you refer, the more you earn!
How to participate:
• Sign up for the Affiliate Program and receive a unique tracking link.
• Share this link on your website, social media, or blog.
• Earn commission on sales generated through your link.

• Track your earnings: You can easily track your affiliate commissions through your affiliate dashboard.

• Eligibility: All programs are open to registered customers. You must have a valid account to participate.
• Program Modifications: We reserve the right to change or terminate these programs at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Reward Expiry: Rewards earned through the Loyalty Program must be used within 120 days of being issued.
• Referral and Affiliate Commissions: Commissions and rewards are based on the total amount (exclude shipping) spent by your referred customers and affiliates.
